1.A没错。building 和persongal belingings肯定都是被怎样了，答案中，只有A和C中含有过去完成时的被动语态。而police found已是过去时，肯定是被闯入和被偷先发生，然后才被发现。所以该用过去完成时的被动语态。and连接了两个从句，第一个从句中的谓语是had been broken into 第二个从句中的谓语应是had been stolen。这里用stolen是省略了第一和第二助动词，原因是：英语讨厌相同内容的重复。所以答案是A是没错的。
2.Mary 主,considers 谓（一般现在时单三），her first job 宾语部分，其中her first 是job 的前置定语，as a shop assistant 是介宾结构做job的后置定语，to be a good chance为动词不定式短语作宾补。

呵呵，我用的方法不振么高明，但在考试中是最有效的，排除法。
先看A.regard 应该与 as连用，是不及物动词，所以错了
再看B.thinks 是指人的主观想法，后面一般接句子，没有think as 短语
C选项，look 一般不与 as 连用，一般是at 等
剩下的只有D了
