工具/原料:
醋、盐、小刀、碱面、玉米面、剪刀。
1、我们要将牛肚过清水捞出淋入醋,抹上盐。将牛肚翻来覆去反复揉搓,这样可以除去大量的黏液和污物,另外反复揉搓一次用清水冲洗。此方法重复两到三次即可。

2、需要将牛肚切成小块投入锅中,一边加热一边用小刀刮洗。知道将牛肚煮软,将牛肚捞用清水冲洗即可。

3、准备一把剪刀,将牛肚剪开,均匀抹上碱面,反复揉搓三分钟用清水冲洗。然后再用粗盐加面粉反复揉搓三分钟即可。

4、将牛肚剪开,用清水冲去味液。向牛肚放进玉米面里面揉搓,等胃液杂质去除得差不多,冲洗。

5、加盐和醋揉搓消毒,用力揉搓三分钟用水冲洗即可。
