临汾不仅风光美，还有许多特产，如：洪洞的酥肉面、浮山的刀削面、古县核桃、隰县的梨等。可我的最爱是牛肉丸子面了。牛肉丸子面鲜辣爽口，吃完后往往大汗淋漓。满满的一大碗面上，飘着鲜红的辣油。淳朴简单的美味，令人酣畅淋漓。
夏天，一碗热辣辣的面，让人忘记酷暑。冬天，一碗热辣辣的面能抵挡彻骨严寒，感冒了，来碗面比任何灵丹妙药都好用。
