1 。 must 是一种modal 也就是情态动词 当说 I must call 是一种自身强烈的需要 比如 I must go 我必要要走了。 而 He must call。。。 是说 说话的人觉得 He 有 95%（很准确的概率）觉得他要call the doctor。

2 I am going to 。。是 一般将来时 will 也是表示一般将来时。 但是他们有一些不同点（这个在你今后口语中很重要） be going to 是说话的人再有计划的情况下说出将来发生的事情. ***比如你下课之后要留在教室 你要说 I am going to stay 。。。 而will没有计划的

3 I have a new car 一般现在时

4 第四个也是一般现在时 can 也是modal 就是情态动词

判断时态关键看动词。

其他的还有
一般过去时：动词用过去式;助动词did；情态动词could，should等。
现在进行时：be动词(am,is,are)+动词的ing形式
过去进行时：be动词（was,were）+动词的ing形式
现在完成进行时：have/has+been+动词的ing形式
现在完成时：have/has+动词的过去分词形式
过去完成时：had+动词的过去分词形式

初中的时态就是这八种
只要把构成记下来，判断时态就一点都不困难了。
