红烧兔肉的做法
1.准备材料,我这里放了鲜笋和香菇,建议不要放鲜笋,香菇可以放
2.温水下兔肉块煮至水开,把兔肉盛出用凉水冲洗干净备用

3.锅内下油,兔肉含油量不高,可以多放一点油。把香葱,姜块丢下去爆香
4.再把兔肉倒入炒香,倒入黄油烹制片刻

5.倒入凉水,水量刚没过兔肉块,放入十三香,干辣椒,八角,盐,生抽,老抽,大火烧开后转小火烧
6.烧至汁剩下两成的时侯,投入青蒜白翻炒一分钟。熄火,把青蒜叶投入用余温烧热即可起锅装盘
