2．通过对流体混合理论和搅拌叶轮设计理论进行了研究，基于环流理论设计法，总结出一种较合理的搅拌装置；
3．利用Pro/ENGINEER三维软件对搅拌装置进行了三维造型；应用Gambit网格划分软件对搅拌流场进行非结构网格划分；
4．利用FLUENT软件对搅拌流场进行了数值模拟，通过改变搅拌系统输入流量和压力，对数值模拟结果进行对比分析发现：在相同叶轮直径的情况下，输入流量越大对搅拌流场的推进速度越大，且分布较均匀，总体效果较好。因此在设计中，需适当地增加药泵的压力，这对搅拌装置的搅拌效果有一定的影响。
