Abstract: Logistics is to satisfy the user needs to carry out the positioning of resources; e-commerce is another revolution in computer networks, through electronic means aimed at the establishment of a new economic order. The basic function of logistics is to transfer goods from one location to another location, and in the process of transfer to comply with the conditions of specific rules. With the improvement of e-business environment, as well as e-commerce with the great advantage of e-commerce by the government, the business community attaches great importance to have resorted to different forms of involvement in e-commerce activities, so that e-commerce in a short span of years at an alarming rate in the development. E-commerce and logistics as a result of close inter-relationship between the development of e-commerce is bound to have a great impact on the logistics. This impact is all-round, from the logistics industry to the delivery status of the way to do business forms, as well as infrastructure and technology will be under the influence of e-commerce has seen tremendous changes. In this paper, first the current status of e-commerce to the future development are introduced, and further elaborated on the history of the development of logistics and inadequacies, and finally describes the various types of e-commerce on the impact of logistics, as well as the promotion of electronic commerce on logistics.
