客户管理是现代企业工作中的重中之重,如何进行客户资源的优化整合将直接影响了企业与客户的合作关系。将企业的客户作为最重要的企业资源,通过完善的客户关系管理系统和深入的客户分类管理来满足客户的需要,培养客户的忠诚,保证实现客户的终生价值。它也是一种旨在改善企业与客户之间关系的新型管理机制,其目标是通过提供更完善的服务来保持现有客户、促进双方和谐共存。客观地说,煤炭营销远未形成相对稳定的、适应煤炭市场不同销售状况的客户关系管理基本策略。部分煤炭企业的营销机构在煤炭销售的不同时期对待客户持有不同甚或完全相反的态度,这样做损害了煤炭企业的形象,破坏了与客户的长期战略合作关系。从而对煤炭行业的长期、健康发展不利。本文主要从客户管理的理论依据出发,论述了福建省武平县煤炭工业公司现有的客户状况,并利用CRM系统、28式法则(巴莱多定律/二八定律)分析及提出了优化管理的办法。通过对公司客户管理方法的优化达到煤炭企业与客户保持更具良好的合作模式,持续保持和稳定双方合作关系。促进区域煤炭市场的良性循环发展。本文着重对煤炭企业特定两类客户(重点客户和一般客户)进行了研究,应用经济学理论分层次论述了武平县煤炭工业公司如何加强重点客户和一般客户管理。
