摘要
随着各国企业竞争的不断加剧,无论是跨国公司走入中国,还是中国企业成为跨国公司走向世界,都需要一支具有高度执行力的企业管理团队的支持,以获得长期的、强大的竞争力和发展后劲。尽管跨国公司在世界各地不断开展本土化进程,从管理本土化、生产研发本土化、员工本土化等方面进行了不懈努力,但实践结果仍旧残酷的证明跨国公司面临着中层管理者执行力不足的问题。跨国公司在企业人员管理、经营决策管理等方面面临着执行力不足的困境,导致这些困境的重要原因就是企业中层管理者由于执行力不足而引发种种问题,给跨国公司的执行力带来了极大的挑战。基于跨国公司以及中层管理者的特殊性,以执行作为研究重点,本文力图找出适合跨国公司用来提高中层管理者执行力的措施。文章最后进行了总结,希望这些研究能够对跨国企业提高中层管理者的执行力产生借鉴意义。

Multinational companies in the enterprise personnel management and operational management faces execution of the plight of insufficient, lead to these difficulties is the important reason for the enterprise middle managers, because carry out problems and causes enough power, to the multinational company executive force to a great challenge. Based on multinational companies and middle managers, to carry out the particularity of the research area, this paper as a suitable for multinational company tries to find out the middle managers to improve the executive power of the measures. Finally, the article summarized, hopefully to the multinational enterprises improve to the middle managers execution produce reference.
