This experiment uses Fe3O4 nanoparticles prepared by coprecipitation, to Mercapto propyl silane coupling agent three dimethoxy silane as additive, potassium Borate as a reducing agent, in the preparation of silver in the ammonia solution of Fe3O4/Ag Nano-composite particles with core-shell structure. With rosaniline as the probe molecule, preparation of measurement of the surface-enhanced Raman spectrum of Fe3O4/Ag Nano-composite particles.
Detection of surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy is a very efficient interface features and interactions between molecules, and molecular structure characterization of surface molecular adsorption behavior of tools, and preparation of active substrate is a prerequisite for access to SERS signals.
Experimental results indicate that the active substrate of Fe3O4@Ag nanocomposite particles is very good, the core-shell structure composite nano-particles in bio-medical applications has been further understanding.
