立邦漆”是根据“nippon paint”的译音,在中国注册的商标,在日本的汉字商标就是“日本漆”,怕刺激中国人没有敢直接拿到中国。其生产厂家日本油漆公司(nippon paint co.),是当年为了为鬼子海军提供专用舰船涂料而建立的一家军工企业,在明治、大正、昭和年间,随着鬼子海军的发展,而逐渐发展成为的一家大型涂料公司,到太平洋战争为止,已经成为当时日本最大的涂料公司。在美军的轰炸中,其在东京大阪的主力工厂和海外基地几乎全部被夷为平地。随着日本军国主义的完蛋,这个主要为鬼子海军和其他军事目的服务的鬼子涂料老大也几乎完蛋,跌倒了日本第5位,并且在“立邦”进入中国之前一直没有根本改观。

中国改革开放后,日本油漆公司(nippon paint co.)这个依靠沾满中国人民鲜血的鬼子海军而发迹的涂料公司,改头换面来到了中国!将日本油漆公司(nippon paint co.)的中文名称改为立邦涂料公司,将“日本油漆”商标改为“立邦漆”。

通过大量的广告促销,在中国逐渐占领了绝大多数的中高端市场!其质次价高,在行业内早就不是什么秘密,尤其是到处可见的低端产品,其质量远远低于国产同类产品。但销路奇好、且价格还远远高于同类国产涂料!

更可怕的是,众多的中国人对此一无所知。涂料首选“立邦”,客观上“立邦”已经成为中国老百姓的选择涂料的一个重要标准!
仅仅10数年,鬼子的“立邦”涂料,就通过垄断中国的中高端市场,从一个默默无闻、仅仅日本排行第五的小厂进人了世界涂料10强!!!!
“立邦”在中国到底有多大的能耐,讲一个真实的故事就可以看出其中的端倪!

为了环保和最大限度的减少涂料对人体的伤害,我们最新制定的涂料国家标准准备是100gvoc。但在最后关头,这个业内老大“立邦”发话了,认为标准太高,生产不出来!最后竟是我们的国家标准屈从于鬼子的淫威,变成了200gvoc,也由此引发了一场标准之争。实际上,欧美涂料厂家的voc早就控制在50g以下,适用儿童使用的涂料,更是几乎为0。鬼子还是东西吗?!

为什么质次价高的鬼子涂料能够占领中国市场?

鬼子的立邦涂料本来在日本也没有什么名气,在世界上更排不少号。但是为什么能够垄断中国的“中高端”涂料市场?

第一、普遍的知识贫乏。买涂料的人有几个能知道乳胶漆和水溶性涂料有什么区别?即使是丙烯酸乳胶漆,也有有纯丙和非纯丙之分?质量和价格有什么不同?
第二、不看价格看广告。鬼子真正摸透了我们中国人的这种心理,就是不惜一切代价打广告。可记得中国的广告标王有几个都活下去?!为什么鬼子的立邦反而能越活越好?!就是因为他的价格奇高,才能支撑其天文数字的广告费!最终,还是我们中国人买单。要知道鬼子的东西有多贵?其100%made in china的涂料,价格竟然高于质量和名气远远高于他的原装进口美国、欧洲同类涂料;
第三、不少人骨子里媚日。实际上,美国、欧洲涂料技术远远领先于日本!但我们的某些同胞就是媚日,就是认日本货,日本货什么都是第一!

涂料国标之争再起波澜

近日,刚刚消停了一阵子的涂料市场风波又起。10月16日,廊坊立邦涂料有限公司有关人员在接受采访时称要全面理解voc(挥发性有机化合物),欲为voc“昭雪平反?。没有想到,话音未落,今年7月份公开站出来质疑国标的鳄鱼漆立即针锋相对地予以反击。围绕着voc的争论再度升级,涂料行业巨头鳄鱼、立邦之间开始正面交锋。

如何理解voc

据报道,廊坊立邦涂料有限公司有关人员在接受采访时称要全面正确理解voc,因为voc存在于我们生活中的方方面面。女士的香水、男士的香烟、炒菜的油烟、汽车的尾气都含有voc。立邦引用了美国环境保护署早在1979年到1985年进行的总暴露量评价方法学研究(team)测定显示结果,650户家庭中有11-19种voc,并称此项结果也被德国和芬兰的类似调查所证实。

鳄鱼漆方面则认为,voc来源的多样性并不能证明voc的无害性,不能因为香水里含有voc就说涂料中含有voc是应当应份的。中国化工信息中心高级工程师刘庄励撰文认为,经过资料证明和计算,全世界涂料和装修工业每年把1100万吨有机溶剂排到大气中,是仅次于汽车尾气的大气第二大污染源,且溶剂排到大气中后,会造成光化学污染,形成温室效应,对人们造成的危害是长久的,并不是微乎其微的。

众所周知,voc对人体健康有巨大影响。当居室中的voc达到一定浓度时,短时间内人们会感到头痛、恶心、呕吐、乏力等,严重时会出现抽搐、昏迷,并会伤害到人的肝脏、肾脏、大脑和神经系统,造成记忆力减退等严重后果。家庭装饰装修过程中使用的涂料是室内voc的主要来源之一。鳄鱼漆认为,voc是包括消费者、有关环境部门的人民公敌,还谈什么理解。

围绕着voc的到底更应该关注油漆还是涂料问题,立邦、鳄鱼双方也僵持不下。

立邦引用世界卫生组织的一个工作小组得出的voc对于人类危害的数据称,谈及涂料的voc时应当把重点放在油漆上而不应过多地放在乳胶漆上。

鳄鱼漆方面则认为,首先,既然连世界卫生组织的数据都显示voc对人类有危害,那和立邦所称的正确理解voc自相矛盾;另外,无论是涂料还是油漆,在使用过程中,都会释放voc,只不过是谁多谁少的问题,不能因为哪个释放的多就高标准严要求,而对释放量少的听之任之,即使是水性涂料也不能害人。

涂料国标低不低

除了对voc本身的争辩之外,立邦、鳄鱼双方围绕着与voc相连的涂料国标高低问题也旧话重提,针尖对麦芒。

立邦方面对比国标和发达国家标准,认为“国标偏低,是在保护落后”的这种说法不全面。如中国对涂料中的voc限量标准是小于200g/l;美国对voc的限量标准是小于250g/l。对于铅等重金属的指标,中国采用的是英法等国用于儿童玩具材料中的数据,相当严格而美国则没有这项标准。

鳄鱼漆方面也引经据典地搬出欧洲标准。据了解,欧共体生态标志产品???色漆和清漆生态标准(欧共体-1999/10/ec)中voc限量规定,一类(亚光类)是30g/l,二类(有光类)是200g/l;在国内,国家环保总局最新发布的水性内墙涂料环境标志产品认证要求也规定,voc的限量是100g/l;众所周知的《北京市室内装饰装修涂料安全健康质量评价规则》,voc要求是在125g/l以下。鳄鱼漆徐昌平董事长认为,中国加入世贸组织后,原来的关税壁垒逐渐弱化,在这种情况下非关税壁垒,如环保安全、检验、检疫、认证、计量等一些符合国际贸易规则的、技术性非常强的手段,成为了另外一种壁垒形式。如果国家标准跟不上,仍然在低水平的层面上徘徊,那么这些标准将成为某些行业被国际巨头吞并的“亡国标准?,这也就不难理解为什么在标准问题上国内外企业的态度了。另外,低标准主观上是保护了国内技术水平参差不齐的企业,但客观上则造成了抑优扶劣的后果。

双方一交手,就连消费者想不到的细节也都给抖搂了出来,如voc含量计算的中外差异、引用数据的出处。

据介绍,中国环境科学院副院长兼总工程师夏青教授早就指出,基于国情等多种因素,今年7月1日实施的《室内装饰装修材料有害物限量》较宽泛,如内墙涂料中voc含量,世界各国voc的定义指1升涂料中扣除水分干重时的voc含量,而国标在voc指标测定时没有扣除水分,国标中voc200g/l的指标相当于国外标准的410g/l以上。我国2002年的环境标志标准规定内墙涂料voc小于或等于100g/l,是按照美国astm标准测算的voc,严格高于国际标准。还有鳄鱼认为,立邦有关人员引用的美国voc限量标准出处不明。按照中国涂料工业协会和常州涂料研究院出版的《中国涂料工业年鉴》中,美国的voc不管是溶剂型还是水性,内部装饰性涂料的标准为150g/l以下。

国标严点没害处

“voc明明是涂料国标中最主要的要控制的有害物质,对voc要求严一点到底有什么害处??今年建议修改涂料国标的鳄鱼漆公司董事长徐昌平非常激动,“不就是增加点成本吗?鼓吹voc无害论,从另一个侧面也反映了至少两个问题,企业自身技术开发水平的有限和对消费者和环境不负责任的态度?。

据了解,目前国际涂料和国内涂料的发展趋向都是向健康型方向发展,逐渐实现低voc和尽可能少的残存单体。

“任何行业的发展都不能以牺牲环境和消费者的健康为代价的,涂料行业也不例外,?鳄鱼漆公司董事长徐昌平认为,“目前世界各国环保法规日益强化,大批环保条例对挥发性有机化合物(voc)的排放量、使用有害溶剂、固体废弃物以及颜料中的铅等重金属含量都作了严格的规定,迫使各大涂料公司纷纷致力于绿色环保涂料的开发、生产和应用。为什么在我国的涂料行业还会出现这种‘逆流’现象呢?这就非常值得关注和思考了。

夏奈尔:Coco_ChanelShe was born the second daughter of traveling salesman Albert Chanel and Jeanne Devolle in the small city of Saumur, Maine-et-Loire, France. There was a mis-spelling on her birth certificate that recorded her surname as "Chasnel", making the tracing of her roots almost impossible for biographers when Chanel later rose to prominence. Coco was born in a poorhouse. Her birth was recorded the following day. Two employees of the hospice went to city hall and declared the child of feminine gender. The hospice employees were illiterate, so when the mayor François Poitu wrote down the birth, no one knew how to spell Chanel so the mayor improvised and recorded it with an "s", making it Chasnel. Her parents married in 1883. She had five siblings: two sisters, Julie (1882-1913) and Antoinette (born 1887) and three brothers, Alphonse (born 1885), Lucien (born 1889) and Augustin (born and died 1891). In 1895, when she was 12 years old, Chanel's mother died of tuberculosis and her father left the family a short time later because he needed to work to raise his children. Because of his work, the young Chanel spent seven years in the orphanage of the Catholic monastery of Aubazine, where she learned the trade of a seamstress. School vacations were spent with relatives in the provincial capital of Moulins, where female relatives taught Coco to sew with more flourish than the nuns at the monastery were able to demonstrate. When Coco turned eighteen, she left the orphanage, and took up work for a local tailor.While working at a tailoring shop she met and soon began an affair with the French playboy and millionaire Étienne Balsan who lavished her with the beauties of "the rich life", diamonds, dresses and pearls. While living with Balsan, Chanel began designing hats as a hobby, which soon became a deeper interest of hers. After opening her eyes, as she would say, Coco left Balsan and took over his apartment in Paris, France. In 1913, she opened up her very first shop which sold a range of fashionable raincoats and jackets. Situated in the heart of Paris, France it wasn't long before the shop went out of business and Chanel was asked to surrender her properties. This did not discourage Chanel; it only made her more determined. During the pre-war era, Chanel met up with an estranged and former best friend of Étienne Balsan, Arthur "Boy" Capel, whom she soon fell in love with. With his assistance, Chanel was able to acquire the property and financial backing to open her second millinery shop in Brittany, France. Her hats were worn by celebrated French actresses, which helped to establish her reputation. In 1913, Chanel introduced women’s sportswear at her new boutique in Deauville, in the Rue Gounaut-Biron; Marthe, Countess de Gounaut-Biron (daughter of American diplomat, John George Alexander Leishman), was Chanel's first aristocratic client. Her third shop and successor to her biggest store in France was located in Deauville, France, where more women during the World War I era came to realize that women were supposed to dress for themselves and not their men.Later in life, she concocted an elaborate false history for her humble beginnings. Chanel would steadfastly claim that when her mother died, her father sailed for America and she was sent to live with two cold-hearted spinster aunts. She even claimed to have been born in 1893 as opposed to 1883, and that her mother had died when Coco was six instead of twelve.
