Dear Team Apple,
I am a gameloft player, and has devoted lots of energy and money to the game "Order & Chaos Online". The bugs that frequently appeared in the game greatly affected the gaming experience of the players like me who bought an genuine copy of the game because I spent a great deal of money for some of the items and equipments in the game, yet many players could easily obtain them by capitalizing on the bugs.
It has been a long time since I reported the problem to the company, but my problem has yet been resolved, and the company's response is very slow. After a few attempts without any reply, I gave up. It seems they didn't take very seriously the gaming experience of the players like us, but only care about releasing new DLCs to make profits.
With that being said, I have contacted you, and please refund all the in-game purchases that I made.
