我是gameloft的玩家，投入许多精力与金钱在“Order & Chaos Online“当中。这游戏出现许多BUG严重的影响我们正版用户，我为了游戏中的道具花许多的金钱才能获取，然而许多玩家利用BUG不用花金钱就可以得到。
与该游戏公司反馈问题一直迟迟的得不到解决.并且服务态度很缓慢，联系几次无果没回复我也放弃了。视乎他们并没有太重视我们这些作为正版用户的体验.一味的更新谋取盈利。

所以我联系到您，麻烦您帮我把所购买的内购应用的款退退还。

Dear Team Apple,
I am a gameloft player, and has devoted lots of energy and money to the game "Order & Chaos Online". The bugs that frequently appeared in the game greatly affected the gaming experience of the players like me who bought an genuine copy of the game because I spent a great deal of money for some of the items and equipments in the game, yet many players could easily obtain them by capitalizing on the bugs.
It has been a long time since I reported the problem to the company, but my problem has yet been resolved, and the company's response is very slow. After a few attempts without any reply, I gave up. It seems they didn't take very seriously the gaming experience of the players like us, but only care about releasing new DLCs to make profits.
With that being said, I have contacted you, and please refund all the in-game purchases that I made.
