篇一：创新创业英文演讲稿 My perspective on Innovation and Entrepreneurship Do you know this application? It’s called Mianliao, invented by students from UESTC, and it won the first prize in the Internet Plus competition in 2015. This app creates a platform to bridge the gap between students. Evidently, every day, we are surrounded by numerous new ideas and inventions. There is no question that we are all capable of becoming inventors since we possess the spirit of innovation.
As the saying goes, "You can do anything you imagine." So, what is innovation? To me, innovation signifies change. There is a famous quote by Charles Darwin: "It is not the strongest of the species that survives, but the one most responsive to change." This implies: Only when we can have an entirely new perspective can society progress. But how do we bring about change? The key to change is to foster our innovative thinking, which must be the essence of leadership. Breaking free from ingrained stereotypes is crucial.
Moreover, we need to adopt a skeptical mindset and muster the courage to critique everything. It goes without saying that we face many so-called authorities and customs, making it challenging to identify areas for improvement in our lives. Therefore, we are required to cultivate a skeptical attitude towards our surroundings and reassess our current situations.
Of course, creating something new involves risk, and we need to persevere in our dreams and never forget our initial resolve.
With the economy’s rapid growth, the government provides undergraduates with a fantastic platform and beneficial policies for innovation and entrepreneurship, creating numerous opportunities for us. I believe that entrepreneurship is grounded in innovation, and there is a diverse array of entrepreneurial forms.
Innovation and entrepreneurship play a vital role not only in the development of individuals but also in the advancement of our society. Firstly, entrepreneurship translates scientific and technological achievements into practical applications, boosting economic development. Entrepreneurs can maximize profits by utilizing these achievements, and GDP will increase with efficiency. Secondly, it generates many job opportunities, alleviating employment pressures. Thirdly, entrepreneurship offers undergraduates an alternative means of generating income.
Now, I’d like to present my design for an innovation project. Frankly, it’s just a novel idea.
This year, I volunteered to look after disabled children at a health recovery center. All these children are unable to communicate and interact with others like typical individuals. Therefore, I want to design a unique app for the disabled, helping them learn to pronounce simple words. If they get lost or into trouble, their parents will be notified as soon as possible. Unfortunately, I’m an art major, and I lack the technical skills to create such an app.
However, I坚信 that I will make it someday, and it will undoubtedly assist disabled children.

The internet has led us to a vast repository of unlimited information and resources, making our lives easier and better.
Lastly, cellphones have become an integral part of our lives. Only a decade ago, cellphones hit the market, and now, almost everyone owns one. Cellphones have become incredibly convenient for users because we can communicate with anyone at any time, and it’s as simple as making a phone call instead of sending letters.
In conclusion, I firmly believe that the evolution of technology has had a significant impact on our lives. It has been instrumental in our progress and I am confident that technology will continue to improve in the future.
Perhaps, you will change your career, or maybe your status, but what matters most is changing yourself. Change can foster harmony among colleagues, enhance your appearance, satisfy others, and help you achieve new heights! Change is the best choice.
A young man recently joined a company, filled with lofty aspirations to achieve great things. However, he soon realized that the company's hierarchy seemed to overlook his presence, much like air. He felt invisible and undervalued. Various pressures and frustrations led him to consider changing jobs. A close friend advised him, "Why don't you assess your own situation before making a decision?" He took this advice and stayed. Indeed, he discovered his own shortcomings, including his attitude towards colleagues, his lack of aggressiveness in work, and more. Finally, he had an awakening, and afterward, he became more friendly, proactive, and diligent. Eventually, he was promoted to a manager.

Once, only a week before exams, I lost several consecutive tests. I was filled with regret, feeling there was no way to salvage my grades. However, it was this regret that prompted me to change my study methods, ultimately leading to victory.
