accessible 和 available用法辨析：
动词access 的计算机意义上“存取/访问（数据或程序）”已被人们广为接受，近几年它已被运用于非技术领域，从而有更广泛的意义“通常是通过科技手段来取得（货物或信息）”。目前常用的意思为：
1）To obtain access to (data or processes).接近，进入：获得接触（数据或程序）的途径
2） To obtain access to (goods or information), usually by technological means. 使用，接近，获取：使用科技手段取得（货物或信息）
access 做名词用的情况比较多，通常意思为：
1）A means of approaching, entering, exiting, or making use of; passage.通道，入口，出口，使用途径：接近、进入、出去或使用的方法手段；通道
例如： The only access to the town is across the bridge.到镇上唯一的通路是经过一座桥。
2）The act of approaching.接近，进入：接近的行为
例如：a man of easy access 易于接近的人, 平易近人的人
3）The right to approach, enter, exit, or make use of:接近权，享用权，出入权：接近、进入、出去或使用的权力：
例如：Citizens may have free access to the library. 市民可以自由使用图书馆。
习惯用语为：have [gain, get, obtain] access to：得接近; 得会见; 得进入; 得使用
1） If you have access to a building or other place, you are able or allowed to go into it.

所以 accessible 就有如下的意思了：If a place or building is accessible to people, it is easy for them to reach it or get into it. If an object is accessible, it is easy to reach. If something is accessible to people, they can easily use it or obtain it. If you describe a book, painting, or other work of art as accessible, you approve of it because it is simple enough for people to understand and appreciate easily.
