There used to be 的反义疑问句，据我现在刚查的，也应该是be + there? ， 因为这是there be + used to do的句型，句型重点仍然是在there be 而不是used to.
但是如果句子是主语+ used to,则应该是usedn't + 主语， 或didn't +主语。不过对于这个论点，我手头没有工具书，所以推测而已，等俺回去查好了再告诉你。
