给你手翻一个:

I like practising calligraphy in my spare time. Frankly, I did not like it when I first started as a child. My father, who was a very strict person, made sure I practised at least two hours every day. But as time goes, I grew to like calligraphy and it has helped develop my character.

Calligraphy needs "mind-hand-eyes" coordinations. Many years of practicing and studying calligraphy have built up my endurance and persistence. I learn to stay focus and to pay attention to details. As a result, I seldom make careless mistakes in my studies. I have also developed my artisitic sense. I can feel the out-pour of beauty along with the path of ink when I practise calligraphy. More and more, I realize and understand the value of this traditional art.
