我们知道一个外籍人士在中国注册公司要很高的费用,还要向政府交纳很多税费.没有注册公司的情况下你跟雇员签署的合约是没有法律效力,是不能保护雇佣的合法权益的. 只有正式注册公司情况下我们签署的合约才有法律效力. 经过所有员工的商议, 都表示理解公司的困难. 同意采用其他方式解决这问题. 现在我把大家的意见写出来给你们:
1.希望公司每年一次支付12个月的保险费(每月每人741元. 每年每人合计8892元人民币). 由每位雇员自己到社会保险机构去缴交. 需要提醒的是: 这保险费每年都有上浮的变化, 不是固定不变的. 所以公司应该根据每年的变化幅度予以调整.
2. 把过去三年的保险费补发给我们.
3. 希望公司尽快研究决定. 尽快答复我们.

I hope you that you will take good care of our demands.Because the problem should not be delayed endlessly.All of us have lost the paitence.If you don't give us a satisfactory reply,we can not exclude the possibilities of law.We will sue the company for illegal operations.We will solve this problem with law!I think that the whole company will be involved in total chaos that time and be not a pleasant ending.
