准备材料:红薯淀粉、猪瘦肉、鸡蛋、生姜、绿叶菜、生抽、料酒、鸡精、香油、盐
步骤:
1、将菜叶、姜、香菜洗净,肉切条备用。

2、用清水少许(温水或高汤)将红薯粉发湿,方便后面更好操作,不会有一粒粒粉难调散。

3、加入肉,放入适量的盐、鸡精、料酒、生抽、打入鸡蛋调在一起。

4、调成这样很粘稠的样子
5、锅里加水烧开后放入,全部都放下去了,刚放下去不要动它,等它差不多定型了再用铲子从底部刮一下,以免粘锅了。

6、煮3分钟的样子放入菜叶!待菜叶好了,放入盐、鸡精就可以出锅了。
