There to be和There being的区别

一般来说,to be表示将来的状态,being表示现在的状态.在there be结构中尤其明显,如：
Would you like there to be a picture on the wall?你喜欢墙壁上挂一张画吗?(还没挂)
I never dreamed of there being a picture on the wall.我从未想到墙壁上有幅画.(有幅画在)

结构：第一个consider sb to be + n.= consider sb.as + n.（把……看成……）
或consider sb to be+adj=consider sb + adj（本结构是宾语+宾补）（认为……处于……状态）
第二个：似乎不太合适.如果说是consider sb's doing sth变过来的,那就是“考虑做某人做某事”的意思.所以,两句意思并不同的.
to be和being可以互换的情况不太多.即使是continue后的to do 与doing的意思一样,也不太容易等同于to be与being互换.
比如：You should continue to be here to listen to your teacher.
好象就不好用being替换to be,因为to do往往给人的印象是“你就要做了……”
