She was very knowledgeable, answered all our questions and took us to places even outside our itinerary to ensure we got to see the best of Paris. Cecile was very engaging with all of our family members, (my husband, myself and our 2 boys aged 11 and 13). Throughout the booking process all was seamless and great communication.
