have + done OR have + did?

我记得现在完成时是have+done，但是刚刚看《神探夏洛克》，有一句台词是：
You have got to find these plans, Sherlock
got是get的过去式，而不是过去分词
有人可以解释一下么？

have got to只是口语的说法，实际等同于have to（不得不），这里的have是“从事”的意思；再比如have got =have表示“有”的意思；have后面是加过去分词的，have done表示做过某事，have是“已经”的意思

这里的have got to = have to“不得不”，只不过have got to do是美式口语里的常用形式而已，也可以说是习惯用法。
