您好，我们是外语学院的学生，由于大一转专业转入英语专业，所以我们需要补修大一上学期的课程。
由于马上面临升入大四，我们想在大三把所需要补修的课程补完，但是由于我们的上课时间已经不允许参与2012级大一的同学上课。
特此申请补修课口语与本学期课程冲突时不参与上课，上交老师规定的平时作业，最后，希望老师能给我们平时成绩，并希望我们能参与大一年级的期末考试。

We are a group of students from Foreign Language Colleage,we write this letter because we were transfered into English Major when in the second semester in grade 1,we need to complete the courses we missed in the first semester.The problem is that if we planed to finish it in grade 3, we can't show up in the 2012class' courses when required to be in our classroom.We are here for this reason applying that we could be permitted not attending the 2012 Speaking course when it happens at the same time as our other courses.We will for sure hand in the normal homework required.
Also,we hope you can give us the credit for regular study as well as permit us participating the final test of grade 1.

It's a pleasure writing to you. We are the students of the Foreign language department. Because that we transferred to English (这里可能要写Degree吧，我不是很懂专业怎么翻译）on the first year,therefore we need to recover the first year's course. Due to the fact that we are facing exams for going to year 4, so we are thinking to recover the first year course during this year, however our timetable does not allow us to take the course with new first year students of 2012.

For the reason above, we would like to ask whether it's ok for us not to attend class and hand in homework when the recover lesson clashes with this term's lesson. And finally, we wish you would give us the normal grade and allowing us to enter the first year final exam.
