thinkphp为什么不能正常使用？

用的是集成环境appserv 。其他织梦什么的都可以运行。就是尝试用thinkphp的时候出错。提示信息是：

他是可以自行建立对应文件夹的，就是看不到。所说的"hello,thinkphp”

hello,thinkphp，是一个初始面页，你看下模版目录下有没有相应的文件（index.htm）。
