It is said that peole born under the same animal sign may have similar personalities.这句话people后面是不是省略掉了一个引导定语从句的who啊，我感觉后面的born under the same animal sign是修饰people的，但是这里的疑问代词没有作宾语，who应该不可以省略掉，是我理解有误吗？
