加逗号的情况：连接两句话，第二句话的意思是第一句的延伸时加。
如：Commuter airlines fly to out-of-the-way places. And business travelers are the ones who go to those locations.

and的用法：
1、连接两个相同的比较级，表示“越来越……”。
2、连接两个相同的动词，表示动作的反复或连续。
