1.raise one's arms中one's要随着主语来决定，比如主语是you,就用your,这是一种英语 的习惯用法，就好比英语国家的人习惯于用AA制， 所以有have (eat) one's meal,各 吃各 的。
2.在具体情况下可以说sing a song, sing songs,比如：He sang a song in the party.Everyone sings a song. so we sing songs on the party.3,4,中情况都同上。何时用定冠词the是固定搭配。 比如go to the cinema, go to the church,有时不用冠词常常表示抽象的意义， 而用了冠词却表示具体意义。如：go to school上学,go to the school去那家学校，got church做礼拜，go to the church去教堂等等。drive a car,一个人同时不能开几辆车吧！
