Question

如果我在酒店工作，我会选择前厅部。之所以选择前厅部，是因为我觉得自己不擅长与人交往、交谈，并且想了解自己的组织能力、应变能力、协调能力。而在前厅部能够训练我的不足之处和帮我理解自己的优缺点与各方面的能力。我觉得自己是个永远“三分钟热度”的人，不喜欢做着一成不变的枯燥的工作，而前厅部的工作，虽然只是接送客人，可是，每个人的性格、经历是不一样的，所以，与每个人的接触得到的是不同的经验。

I will choose the antehall department(不知道前厅部是不是这么翻译)if I work at the hotel.The reason I choose antehall department is that I'm not good at communicating with other people,otherwise,I want to find out my capacity of orgnization,adaption and coordination.Working at the antehall department can make up my shortage(弥补不足),help me understand my advantage and disadvantage and all the capacity.I always feel that I am a person with "tree minutes rush",and I don't like doing the same work all the time.Though I just receive and dieliver the guests at the antehall department,each one has his own character and experiences,so I can get different kinds of experience by contacting diffrent people.(经历与经验都是experience,但当"经历"讲时是可数名词,当"经验"讲时是不可数名词)

Lobby of the Department chose, because I think they are not good at and human contacts, conversations, and would like to understand their organizational capacity, adaptability, and coordination capacity.
