I’m writing to tell you something about the class meeting held last week. In the meeting, we mainly talked about how to gain confidence in exams. Wang Hong believed that only when all subjects had been learned well could he get enough confidence. Zhao Kai, however, attached more importance to making good preparations. As for me, spending time thinking about how to reduce the pressure of exams matters more.

Actually, there are many effective ways of reducing pressure. First, we should keep a balance between study and life. That is to say, we should always spend some time relaxing ourselves. Second, we have to communicate our anxiety with others, no matter they our classmates, our parents or even strangers. Speaking out your problems means you are already half way to success.

本篇作文，整体难度不大，减轻压力的话题也是平时必须准备的题目。总体难度还可以。但是有一些表达，同学们可以学着优化一下。

1. 充满信心，同学们不要想着用be full of confidence, 实际上由于语言表达的不同，本句跟be full of其实没多大关系。就用have confidence in 就可以了。

2. 几个同学平行并列表达看法的时候，同学们容易写成流水账。A说完，B说，然后C说。我的范文用用however表示A和B两个人的对比，然后用as for因此C。这样连贯性上更灵活一些。

3. 至于减轻压力，这个话题的常见表达有很多。比如：
