2、将切割好的毛细管柱接到进样口,开通载气并保持适当流速。

3、将色谱柱出口端插入盛有甲醇或乙醇的烧杯,正常情况下应能够观察有连续的气泡冒出,否则应及时检查是否有漏气、色谱柱断裂、或进样口参数设置。

4、用6倍柱体积(或吹扫约15分钟)的载气吹扫色谱柱以排除柱内可能存在的空气。

5、关闭炉箱,缓慢升温至已知分析方法的高温度+20°C或色谱柱恒温温度上限-20°C后继续老化2个小时;温度一般不要超过色谱柱的恒温温度上限,程序升温温度上限老化一段时间,建议不超过10分钟;
