About this quesiton,we have communication several times.The most important thing now is that for the hotel ,of their own accord,create the code out of the standard ,resulting in the failure of member's points accumulating,which concerns the member's interest.So,we hope the hotal firstly adjust the original code in PMS system,after that,should we discuss how to solve the problem of report forms?Finaly,we hope we can be informed the finish time of your adjusting as soon as possible,so that we can make the system detecting.Thanks!
