这个在这里说就比较麻烦了，H就是调节高档位的，L就是调节低档位的，也就是说只有链条在这两片压盘（飞轮）的时候调节这两颗螺丝才有效，最好还是先拧变速把手上的微调螺丝试试吧，或者去专卖店调节，而且免费。
