Master是确定的硕士学位，Master都是确切获得了或者能获得硕士学位的。
Postgraduate范畴就比较大，理论上凡是获得了学士学位之后，在进行的深造进修都属于Postgraduate。Postgraduate不一定能获得学位，这点要尤其注意。
