no question of 到底是“毫无疑问”还是“不可能”？

可这样翻译不对吗：
1.成功是毫无疑问的。
2.他不可能诚实。

no question of 到底是“毫无疑问”还是“不可能”？如果这两种意思都有，那么怎样区分?

可能这些分辨对我们中国人来说有些难，但对英语国的人根本不是问题，因为他们都习惯了。
如果我们也习惯了 no question of 的习惯用法，就不会有什么翻译问题了
