和面完之后醒一下面,即不会变色。
材料:中筋面粉、清水、菠菜汁适量、南瓜泥适量、酵母适量、细砂糖适量。
1、先准备好菠菜成汁,南瓜煮成泥,备用,如图所示。

2、中筋面粉分为三部分,分别是原味、菠菜味和南瓜味面团。醒面一个小时,如图所示。

3、把面团均匀地揉起来,弄成一张大面饼,用手揉成一片,如图示。

4、然后,用小模具压出形状,如图所示。

5、按下形状,10分钟后再醒面。如图所示。

6、然后放在笼屉上,中火蒸8分钟,焖4分钟,即可,如图所示。

7、最后,其他颜色都是相同的方式,打印模具,然后蒸15分钟,即可装盘出锅。
