1. 猪里脊肉切成小手指粗细的长条备用

2. 加入适量的盐、胡椒粉、生抽、料酒、蛋清一个用手抓匀,腌制两个小时。两个小时后加入水淀粉再次抓匀,最好用玉米淀粉。
