1、Vendor must guarantee that systems should be free of defects and particles in material and workmanship meet the requirement of GSMC.
2、If there are any defects or particles found in material or workmanship, Vendor must improve or repair immediately and without any charge.
3、Warranty will start right after the system acceptance.
4、The warranty will be one year free of labor and parts including pump and heater exchanger charge after acceptance. The whole system warranty should be one year.
5、In warranty, Vendor should prepare at least a heater and a circulation pump in local inventory.
6、If any remain issue from warranty, Vendor must take full responsibility to correct these issues even out of warranty. Vendor must continue to have field support at GSMC and supply necessary parts until these issues are corrected and no charge to GSMC.
7、Maintenance record, equipment performance records (MTTR, MTBF ...) and log records will be regularly prepared by GSMC and reviewed monthly with Vendor /Local service sponsor during warranty period.
6、Software "bug" problems are not limited by the above description, but it should be solved within 3 days for the critical breakdown.
7、No any remained issue before acceptance.
