assure 是 使某人相信你，也就是 使意动词。 我觉得有点被动的意思在里面。

ensure是 确信，保证，这个词就比较主动了，就是你主动像别人保证你能完成什么。

insure 则跟 ensure的意义差别不大， 只不过insure可以有投保险的意思。
