静置一会,用细筛过一遍可以把未搅拌开的蛋清滤掉,口感会更更细腻。但我并没有这么做,因为——懒。分装进蒸碗中,盖上薄膜,戳几个小洞洞,放入蒸箱,常规蒸汽蒸十分钟,取出待凉后放入冰箱。
