鲫鱼汤一般要炖煮20-30分钟
鲫鱼汤的做法
用料:鲫鱼一条、葱适量、姜适量、盐适量、料酒适量(根据自己的口味添加)
1、首先先把鲫鱼洗干净,刮掉鱼鳞,放在一旁备用。

2、然后把葱和姜洗干净,再把葱切成段儿,姜切成片,备用。

3、锅烧热,放入适量的油,将鲫鱼、葱段、姜片、料酒放入,煎至两面金黄。

4、开大火加入开水,大火煮五分钟后加入适量的盐,再改中小火继续煮十五分钟。(想要鲫鱼汤奶白浓香,下油锅煎的步骤很重要,一定要煎至两面金黄,加水时一定要是开水。水一定要一次性加足,中途不能二次加水)。

5、盛出加上葱花,(鲫鱼汤本身就很鲜美,所以不建议加鸡精味精)。
