可以用自发粉炸油条。

材料准备:高筋面粉、3杯水、250ml臭粉、1匙铝粉、1匙自发粉、1匙盐。

具体步骤如下:

1、首先第一步是将面粉倒入盆内进行和面,半斤的面粉配上三杯水即可。

2、面团要和得光滑,放室温处盖上盖饧半小时。饧好的面要再揉一下压成长条,在表面上刷一层油。用塑料袋密封,放入冰箱冷藏,避免温度过高面发过了头。

3、发好的面如图所示。

4、和好的面团饧20分钟后,在案板和面团上都抹上油,将面团揉光滑。将面团拉长切片,再饧15分钟,更易定形。

5、然后放入锅内,辨别油温。锅底油花消失了才可炸油条,或是放个小面团试一下油温,面团能立刻浮起就可以了。

6、面团上刷一点油,切条对折。再用筷子压一下,再揪长。将油条下锅不停翻动, 表面金黄即可出锅。

7、完成之后,炸好的油条如图所示。

可以用自发粉炸油条。

自发粉炸油条的做法:

3.加入100克水,边加水边用筷子搅拌

4.和成面团,盖上保鲜膜发酵15分钟

5.将发酵好的面团擀成长面片

6.再用刀把面片切成合适宽度的条状

7.每两个一组上下放重合,用筷子压出痕迹,依次全部做好

8.锅里热油,把油条下油锅炸

9.油条炸至两面都金黄即可取出,沥干油,放盘子里就可以食用了
